Terms and conditions of service of clients require our written confirmation in order to be binding. By registering for one of our seminars/trainings or by commissioning a service, the participant or client recognizes our General Terms and Conditions of Business and Contract as binding. All orders require written confirmation.

2. Conclusion of the contract

3. Individual Coaching

Coaching is not therapy in the curative sense.

By registering for individual coaching, the participant confirms that he/she does not suffer from a known mental disorder requiring therapy.

Coaching and therapy can complement each other effectively.

If the participant is already undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment, please let us know before the first coaching session. We are happy to coordinate with the treating therapist

4. Open seminars/workshops

Open seminars are events that are advertised openly. The content and procedure can be found in the respective seminar description. Changes that do not change the overall character of the seminar do not entitle the participant to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the invoice amount.

Participation in the seminar requires normal physical and mental resilience. By registering, the participant confirms that he/she feels mentally and physically healthy and can take part in the seminar.

a) Payment

Upon signing the "Seminar registration" (booking) and after receipt of the seminar invoice, € 100.00 of the agreed seminar fee must be paid to our account at Ethikbank. The balance is due for payment no later than 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.

If the registration is made within four weeks before the seminar, the entire seminar fee is due upon booking or registration. If a seminar has to be canceled by "HALE®Vision", the seminar fee already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims due to a date canceled by the organizer are excluded.

b) Services not utilised

Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the seminar date will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the seminar date, we will charge a processing fee of 100.00 euros. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire agreed seminar price may be charged. Substitutes can be provided up to the start of the seminar

5. Company-internal seminars or package bookings

HALE®Vision offers in-house seminars and package bookings in writing. They are binding for both parties upon placement of the order by the client.

a) Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is due for payment upon receipt of the order confirmation. The remaining fee must be paid no later than 7 days before the agreed start of the event. If travel and/or accommodation costs are incurred, these will be invoiced separately afterwards.

b) Services not utilised

If the client cancels up to 10 weeks before the date of the event, 25% of the order amount shall be charged; up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the order amount shall be charged. In the event of a later cancellation, the total amount is due for payment.

c) Miscellaneous

In the case of events organized by the client, the trainer's travel and accommodation costs are due for payment upon receipt of the final invoice. Unless otherwise confirmed in the seminar order, the client shall bear all costs incurred for the rental of a riding hall, riding arena or similar.

The client shall be responsible for the organization of the seminar on site, the provision of the necessary equipment and all matters relating to the stable owner(s), unless otherwise agreed in the seminar order.

6. HALE® education programs

The training requires normal physical and mental resilience. By registering, the participant confirms that he/she feels mentally and physically healthy and is able to take part in the training.

A deposit of Euro 1,000.00 is due upon receipt of the registration confirmation and invoice. The remaining training fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the training.

Payment by installments by arrangement:

Monthly partial payment of the training fee, less the deposit paid, in installments corresponding to the number of training months, on the first of each month.

If payment is overdue, the entire training fee is due for payment. We reserve the right to exclude the participant from attending further training sessions until the outstanding invoice amount has been paid.

In order to guarantee an individual and intensive framework, the number of participants is limited. For this reason, only binding registrations can be accepted. You will receive a written confirmation upon receipt of your registration.

Cancellations up to 10 weeks before the start of the course will be refunded in full. If a cancellation is made up to 6 weeks before the start of training, we will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit to be paid. In the event of a later cancellation, the entire agreed training price may be charged. Substitutes can be provided up to the start of the course.

We recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance.
